Book signing for Sewing Hope
Mark your calendars! My first local book signing for Sewing Hope will be held at Ballroom Magic Dance Center, 4200 North Access Road, Hixson, Tenn., on Sunday, December 15, 2013, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Take a break from your shopping and stop by! Just Released!
Nancy Henderson’s latest book, Sewing Hope (Dust Jacket Press, November 2013), tells the story of Sister Rosemary Nyirumbe, a Ugandan nun who educates and nurtures young women formerly abducted by terrorist Joseph Kony and his Lord’s Resistance Army. All proceeds go to Pros for Africa, a non-profit organization that supports Sister Rosemary and other humanitarian efforts in Africa. |
